Who we serve
Virtual care and behavioral health companies with 10 to 300 people spread across states, where an onsite local IT shop is a poor fit. We support in-person clinics too, though we are built remote-first.
What we do
We ship laptops ready to use, secure accounts, run the help desk and backups, offboard clinicians within an hour, and keep HIPAA security evidence on hand. Our managed IT services for healthcare come in two plans with published prices.
What stays with your team
We help gather security evidence and run controls. Compliance depends on your own policies and risk analysis, which your team owns. Keepwell will sign a business associate agreement (BAA).
How we work
We assess your devices, accounts, email security, backups and EHR access. Then we standardize on one stack and run help desk, onboarding, offboarding and monthly security reporting from there.
