IT that keeps care running.
Managed IT for behavioral health and telehealth companies whose people work from everywhere: laptops shipped ready, accounts secured, clinicians offboarded in an hour, and HIPAA evidence on hand.
Why Keepwell
Local IT shops are built for offices. Virtual care companies need devices shipped to homes, access cut the moment someone leaves, and proof of security controls for payers, auditors and insurers.
Built for virtual care and behavioral health companies with 10 to 300 people spread across states.

How long does onboarding take?
Most companies are fully moved over in two to four weeks.
What does healthcare managed IT from Keepwell include?
Zero-touch laptop setup and shipping, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint protection with managed detection, help desk, backup, one-hour clinician offboarding, phishing training and a HIPAA security evidence pack.
How much does managed IT cost per user?
Core is $125 per user per month and covers device management, identity, admin, help desk and backup. Secure is $175 per user per month and adds endpoint detection and response, phishing training and HIPAA evidence. A $1,500 monthly minimum applies.
Should we wait for a final HIPAA Security Rule update before turning on MFA?
No. MFA and encryption are good practice under the current Security Rule. The update was still a proposal as of mid-2026. Turning them on now reduces breach risk either way.
Is Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 better for HIPAA?
Either suite can work when you sign a business associate agreement, pick a plan with MFA, device management and data loss prevention, and configure it correctly. Fit with your EHR and staff workflow usually decides it.
